This website does not collect, send or store the information you type into its forms. The request form checks your entries in your own browser and can open a pre-filled email in your email app; nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself.

Email or phone messages you send to the ward office go to City of St. Louis systems and may be subject to the City's policies and Missouri public records law.
